“Mr. Kabir, well-known as the founder of Kabir’s Bakery in New York, USA, during the 1980s and 1990s, made a significant decision to return to his homeland in 2001 with a vision of establishing an organic agriculture firm. He focused on venturing into fruits, vegetables, fisheries, cattle, and goat farming.
However, destiny had other plans for him in 2003. During a conversation with friends, while engaged in leisurely activities, an innovative idea sparked in his mind: to build an industry exporting high-quality sweaters from Bangladesh to worldwide.
This conversation marked the birth of a new chapter in sweater production in Bangladesh, led by Mr. Kabir’s initiative. He named this venture ‘Best Wool Sweaters Ltd.’ In the same year, 2003, this decision propelled the company from humble beginnings to a prominent position in the global sweater industry. It was driven by excellence, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to quality and on-time delivery.
